Our War takes a unique insight into the war in Afghanistan told through a seriesof films made by the soldiers serving there themselves.

The 2nd Battalion Princess of Wales Royal Regiment started their 2009 tour picking up body parts from an IED blast. Private Mike McCabe filmed Taliban attacks on his platoon and is also filmed being shot when an ambush happened. The Scots Guards are fighting a battle for hearts and minds in 2010. The Afghan National Police are taught by them to maintain security and fight according to strict rules.
Guardsman Daniel Clarke is filming when a rocket-propelled grenade fired by a member of the ANP hits a three-year-old girl, who is seriously injured.
