Oliver and Regina begin to get worried for Ben when he starts obsessing over comic books and his new friends, who are slackers. The two come up with a plan to end this horror by setting Ben up on blind dates. Also, Lydia believes that her dog likes Stewart more than her and does not like it.

During the class Lydia makes a date with the cooking teacher who thinks she is a lesbian. Also back at Stewart's apartment, Crystal misunderstands a simple gesture by Stewart so he asks Ben and Oliver for their advice.

On the same weekend that Lydia and Stewart's divorce is declared final, the Barnes family attends the wedding of an old family friend who happens to be Oliver's ex-girlfriend.

Oliver's worst fear comes true when each of his three dates backs out on him and he ends up dateless at his ex-girlfriend's wedding. Meanwhile, Regina is asked to be a bridesmaid at the last minute and embraces the opportunity to wear a girly dress and take advantage of all the men paying attention to her.

Meanwhile, Oliver, Ben and Regina all vie for the same pretty girl at the party.

The Barnes family find themselves trapped by a snowstorm with Crystal, Oliver's latest girlfriend and a pregnancy test.

Though the week was supposed to be split between the family and their significant others, plans take a turn when a snowstorm forces the whole family to stay together in a tiny vacation cabin.

But when Oliver finds a pregnancy test in the bathroom, all the Barnes men panic as each of them could possibly to be a father.

Meanwhile, Stewart and Lydia pretend they are still married when Stewart's former secretary comes to town for a short visit and mistakenly assumes they are still a happy couple.
