As the movement of drugs into Oz hits an all-time high, McManus and Glynn go undercover to find out who is getting the drugs into the prison but their plan backfires with deadly consequences. Despite the Emerald City being locked down, drugs continue to flow, which shifts the blame from prisoners to corrupted officers and staff.
