Cyril O'Reily, Ryan's brother, arrives at Oz and soon after is raped by Schillinger. Ryan tries to help get him away from Oz, but ends up landing himself in the hole. Nappa, the new leader of the Wiseguys, wants to get revenge on Adebisi for raping his godson Peter Schibetta. A convicted Catholic priest is released from Oz, but Poet returns.
