Emerald City is shown to the world when news magazine producer Lisa Logan sends a camera crew to the block. While taping, she initially focuses on Beecher, but when she is given hints that there may be a cover-up concerning Adebisi's death, she changes her focus. But the focus is once again changed when Jack Eldridge has a reunion with the O'Reily brothers.
