A mother is worried when her son, Matthew, begins seeing dead people. Ryan investigates, having experienced the same thing when he was a child. His investigation leads to the discovery of "Timmy," a neighbor boy who died on the property years earlier.
2 :01x02 - The Name
Psychic Chip Coffey is called in to assist Ryan and company when a single mom experiences paranormal activity at the site of brutal murders. But it is Ryan who becomes a target of the spirit when his name is spelled out.
3 :01x03 - The Devil in Syracuse
A priest, a psychologist and two demonologists perform and exorcism as Ryan Buell prepares himself to face a demon who has been following him around.
4 :01x04 - Dark Man
A mother believes The Dark Man had entered her son's body before he died. She calls in the PRS cause she feels his soul is being held captive in purgatory by the entity. The team brings a psychic and a grief counselor with them to check out her farmhouse and help right the situation, which includes a pagan cleansing ritual of an ominous pond, the expected source of the mystery.
5 :01x05 - Vegas
A 14-year old medium in Sin City claims to be visited by 'Emily', the spirit of a dead girl. Katrina is dispatched to San Antonio when Ryan uncovers a girl named Emily had been murdered there. Everyone is shocked by the details that are unearthed, corroborating Ryan's theory.
6 :01x06 - Pet Cemetery
The investigation of a home in Waterboro, Maine where a woman and her dog seemed bothered by spirits. The Labrador dog chews at her own fur and growls at unseen figures, while Sybil, her owner hears strange noises. It is discovered by the team that four other dogs have previously died on the property as they unravel the mystery culminating deep in the woods of a a gruesome discovery.
7 :01x07 - The Cemetery
A cemetery caretaker's newlywed wife is being preyed upon by a jealous spirit in a gothic graveyard. Ryan believes the haunting is related to an unclaimed cremation urn upon the grounds. The only way they can find out the key clues is to open up the urn and inspect the remains.
8 :01x08 - Man of the House
A pipe-smoking ghost has been reportedly seen wandering around a 19th century home, lived in by a grandmother and her grandson.
9 :01x09 - Beer, Wine & Spirits
A series of unexplained broken wine glasses brings the team to investigate a ghost named Charlie, haunting a bar as he returns to pay his tab.
10 :01x10 - Shape Shifter
A woman claims she and her daughter have been attacked by a winged creature in Maine. A local native American shaman assists psychic Chip Coffey.
11 :01x11 - Paranormal Intervention
A woman believes she has the voices of the dead on tape. Psychic Lorraine Warren assists the crew.
12 :01x12 - School House Haunting
A couple in Massachusetts believe they hear the disembodied voices of children in a home converted from an old school house in which they live. The tenant believe they can hear a voice calling for Katie. As Ryan researches the former residents, they discover her name was, Katie.
13 :01x13 - The Haunted Piano
An antique collector feels he has purchased a paranormally infested piano which he has unwittingly brought into his home. A wailing of symphonic terror is released from the object when lent to the PRS crew as they attempt to dismantle and destroy the instrument.
14 :01x14 - The Woman In The Window
PRS investigates claims that the apparition of a woman can be seen in the window of a home.
15 :01x15 - Requiem
The team heads to Allentown, Pa. where a woman believes the bedroom of her home is haunted and claims the her 19th-century barn is haunted by strange noises.
16 :01x16 - The Asylum
A look at the paranormal activity at a former insane asylum which is now a New York State prison.
17 :01x17 - Mothman
The team heads to Point Pleasant, West Virginia, to seek out the Mothman. Is he a winged alien creature who wants us all destroyed, or was he sent here to warn us of possible doom? A search of top secret government bunkers, Indian burial grounds and interviews with eyewitnesses are used to determine whether the legendary Mothman is fact or fiction.

A ghost seen in a dorm room by a student has her frightened to remain there.
19 :01x19 - The Knickerbocker
The team heads to Linesville, PA. to investigate the Knickerbocker Hotel and the sounds of children's voices, along with the strange noises from inside the rooms.
20 :01x20 - The Sensitive
A demonic influence in the form of a black mist haunts a teenage girl.
21 :02x01 - Good vs. Evil
A western Pennsylvania couple receive a visit from the PNS crew to investigate their torrent of paranormal activity. Among the happenings are the destruction of religious items, televisions, lights and fans mysteriously turn on and off, and dead animals have appeared on their porch. A connection is discovered which links the activity to New Orleans, which makes the couple feel fearful for their lives. Dead Time offers some of the strongest evidence to date, and guest tech expert Chad Calek and psychic Chip Coffey get more than they bargain for when they join Ryan in the basement.

The PRS team takes a trip to Petersburg, VA where a family claims to be haunted by the apparition of an old woman.
23 :02x03 - Haunted Ranch
An investigation of a ranch in Hunt, Texas which is supposedly haunted, which includes the appearance of black shadows and a crop circle.

A woman claims her Maryland home has been haunted ever since she moved in a new roommate.

The PRS team goes to York, PA to help a family that has been battling a negative force, causing many problems in their life. The eam feels this is a very dangerous situation, and believe that an exorcism may be the only way to help the family.

The PRS team journey to Kyle, TX to help a family in need. A mother and her five year old daughter see the apparition of a wisened hag they call the "Lady Vampire".

The team heads to Shrewsbury, MA where a family has owned a property for the past 40 years. Most of the family believe the resident spirit is evil, but Sandy disagrees.
28 :02x08 - The Messenger
The PRS team find themselves Oregon to help Kelli and Riley with a headless apparition. Chip Coffey and an energy specialist are called into help.
29 :02x09 - Hide and Seek
Hillary and her nine-year-old son Hunter are being harassed by a shadow presence in their Victorian home in Newburgh, Indiana. Trap doors in the basement reveal artifacts from a bygone era, and the clients have recorded persistent strange noises. Ryan and PRS delve into this house of secrets.
30 :02x10 - The Glove
When a terrifying haunting threatens to break a Daisytown, Pennsylvania couple apart, PRS is their last resort. Will a menacing sign from beyond the grave lead a skeptical husband to believe in ghosts? For PRS this becomes one of their strongest paranormal cases to date.
31 :02x11 - The Fire
The team heads to Ohio where their client has been having paranormal experiences since a family tragedy. They may end up opening a murder case with the help of regular 'sensitive' Chip Coffey.

Once night falls in a quaint New England Town, a police officer's family is terrorized by demons. PRS arrives just in time with the family ready to vacate their family home, rather than suffer the advances of these spirit creatures. They have been scratched, pulled, pinched and pushed to the brink. Through investigation and research PRS must come up with a solution to this family's plight and save their lovely home.
70 :05x03 - Spirits of the Slave Dungeon
Ryan books a two-night case in a real haunted jail in Charleston, SC, but PRS soon realizes the spirits themselves are being held there against their will and subjected to an unjust form of torture. PRS goes on a "ghost tour" and immediately something doesn't feel right. Someone or something is being exploited and it's not the public paying admission for the guide-led tour. PRS must find a way to heal the long lasting wounds of social injustice that still linger amongst the spirits of slaves.

PRS is called to a New Jersey beauty salon, but they soon learn that the building's proximity to deadly train tracks might be the true cause of spirit activity. The urban legend of a young mother's murder/suicide on the very same tracks blurs the line between fact and fiction, and it's up to PRS to "track" down the truth.

PRS investigates the Campbell House, where the Innkeeper and guests claim to have sexual encounters with a spirit who has deep ties to a family tragedy. Can Katrina tempt the ghost out of the darkness without making herself the seducer's newest victim?

PRS returns to the site of one of their most famous cases, Daisytown, PA, where they had discovered a glove print of an old miner that they determined was the spirit of a Great-Grandfather. The activity has intensified and a wife risks losing her home and family. PRS must find a way to prove to a tormented wife and her non-believing husband, that they both just night be right. And in the process, rid the house of the lingering spirit of the coal miner.
74 :05x07 - Paranormal Detour
With time off between cases, Ryan suggests to the PRS team they choose a random town to investigate. They roll into St. Helens, Oregon, home of Twilight, where they learn about the long history of the paranormal in the area. After being directed to a potential paranormal hotspot, PRS launches into a full investigation of a town landmark and uncover a truly haunting past.
75 :05x08 - Ghosts of the Forgotten
The PRS investigation into the haunted Lake County Poor House, that for over a century and a half was a dumping ground for those society cast aside, becomes a journey through one PRS team member's troubled past. As Ryan performs a procedure from the fringes of paranormal science, he must preserve the team's fractured unity while they free the troubled spirits from their prison.

PRS travels west to Newcastle, CA to investigate a house with paranormal forces so strong, the family has cleared out. Ryan believes the Native American land may hold the key to the mystery and leads the team in a fight to reclaim a scared family's house. What they find suggests the family may have invited this unwanted guest.
76 :05x10 - Do Bad Things
After receiving a letter requesting PRS' help, Ryan and the team head to Ohio to help a grieving family and determine if the family's house contributed to the untimely death of a daughter. As the case continues, Ryan makes a discovery which threatens to cut the investigation short, but he doesn't want to leave a certain family member without providing disturbing answers.
