Recap

The episode begins with Daniel discussing about free will in his class. After class while he is feeding the pigeons, Kate meets up with him. Kate asks Daniel how he would like to help the FBI bring down “a big bad insurance company?” Daniel jumps at the opportunity. Later he is informed of a patient named Sanjay Patel who was suffering from severe depression, and who eventually committed suicide. Turns out, his medical insurance company Genstar, did not cover his medical costs in a satisfactory manner, and hence he could not receive proper treatment for his condition. ..
