Recap

The episode begins with Pierce arriving at Kate’s office. She wants to introduce him to her new Director and wants to make good impression on her. She introduces Pierce to Irene Reardon and Justice Karen Trent. Irene tells the group that Karen is shortlisted for the Solicitor General. Irene tells them that Karen has been receiving threatening letters and so they are opening a formal investigation. But Karen thinks that Brady is harmless. He was sentenced for trespassing and domestic terrorism. But on an evaluation, he was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic. And so Karen sentenced him for treatment instead of jail. Irene shows Pierce some of the threatening letters and she wants Pierce to help get Brady off the streets. ..
