Episode discussion for: 01x11 | Super (Jan 12, 2012)

Excellent ep that posed then answered an important question.

Maybe I missed something in an earlier ep but I thought the reason our GoodGuys just had a number to work on was because that was the largest amount of data the BigComputer could send them without the GovernmentGuys spotting something was up. But I thought when the BigComputer informed the GovernmentGuys about a MajorBadness on the way, well I thought it gave them access to all its reasoning and evidence.

As shown in this ep, the xLostGoodGuy designed the BigComputer so that it could only give out the number and nothing else, to safeguard it from being used by NaughtyGovernmentGuys for non-letshelpourcitizens purposes.

It like it when series do that.

Finch had told Reese that the SSN was all he could get from the Machine without giving himself away, yes. This is the first time they said it was all the government got as well.

Television shows now use the 555 prefix for all telephone numbers. I wonder whose SSN they used on the show?
