Phil of the Future: Future Jock
After Pim uses future gadgets to do chores (and nearly exposing the fact that they are from the future), Lloyd locks up all the future gadgets in the time machine. When Keely is impressed by a gymnast at school, Phil sees a way to get her attention, but will need some future gadgets to help him out.

The Golden Boy: It is revealed that Phil doesn't usually gets into trouble.
Nicknames: Through the course of the series, Pim comes up with multiple nicknames for Keely. This episode, she's "Little Miss Sunshine" (no reference to the movie with Abigail Breslin, which premiered two years after this episode).
T-Shirts: Throughout the series, Pim wears a number of different, snarky shirts. This episode, one reads, "Your lips keep moving but all I hear is 'Blah, blah, blah'..."
