Recap

We start with a love struck Candace as she goes through the many picture of Jeremy on her cell phone. Her Mom comes in and they all head off to the mall. This is perfect for Candace, a chance to see Jeremy, but not so for the boys, as we soon find out.
Once at the mall they all go their separate ways. Candace heads over to see Jeremy, Mom heads to her music gig, Phineas and Ferb head off to cruise the mall, and Perry makes his secret agent escape.
Perry heads off to see what Doofenshmirtz could possibly be up to with helicopter blades, balloons and light bulbs.
Meanwhile, Phineas and Ferb are in the food court when Buford shows up. He takes a sit on the poor foreign kid. When Phineas tries to get Buford up some of his ice cream lands on Buford’s lap, this makes him feels both embarrassed and angry. The fight between Phineas and Buford is set to go down at 4 in the parking lot.
Perry gets the jump on Doofenshmirtz but soon gets captured in a bowl of cake mix. The mad doctor explains that he had both a terrible childhood and lonely birthday parties. He designed a hypnotic machine for the sole purpose of making the world sing him Happy Birthday and party with him. Doofenshmirtz rides out of the hideout on his birthday machine leaving Perry alone. Perry soon escapes with the help of a bat whistle, the bats love the cake mix, and heads off after him.
Phineas and Ferb are in training now as they get everything to go for the big fight; they even build a boxing ring. As this is going on Candace, once again, is on the search for proof to show Mom. I guess she won’t approve of Phineas fighting a local bully.
The fight is just about to start as everyone gathers around the boxing ring. We soon learn that it is going to be a thumb wrestling match, in order to save the impressionable youth out there from seeing and trying any graphic behavior. The fight starts and Buford takes the lead big time and holds it for the majority of the match.
Meanwhile, Perry catches up to Doofenshmirtz and they end up right above the thumb wrestling match. With the help of a whale whistle Perry defeats Doofenshmirtz but drops his ice cream cone in the process. Doofenshmirtz tries to get away with the use of balloons but a swarm of bats show up.
The crowd below is silent as a scoop of ice cream falls down and lands on Phineas’ head. Buford and Phineas, now both embarrassed in public, makes amends for the time being. The people watching the fight are now forced to clean up the mess, due to the hypnotic machine. There is not a trace of the ring as Mom walks in, after being dragged along by Candace. Perry returns to Phineas’ side and Ferb mildly stuns Buford, he was all up in Ferb’s face after all. They head back into the mall.
