Boyd: They're here and she is not ready yet.

Jesse: Why does Boyd want me dead?
Graham: You're the only one who can kill her.

(To Jesse)
Graham: You were built to fight but not with me but with Christina .... the Anti-Christ.

(To Christina)
Boyd: Jesse was sent to this Earth to destroy you!

The Title

The missing from the town are religious people. This is implying the rapture theme from the Bible of the saints before the end times.
