It’s week two of the Pop Idol finals. Rik has still not recovered from his throat infection and is replaced in the competition by Darius who came third in Ric’s heat. The finalists all have to perform Christmas songs this week. The judges are critical of some of the performances. Once everyone has performed the phone lines are opened for the public vote.
