Recap
Kat tells Kimberly that when she was competing in the Pan Global Trials, she hit her head on the diving board, and she is now afraid of the water. After revealing to Kimberly that she thinks she's scared of gymnastics now, Kat tells her to think about reconsidering quitting. Later, Kat volunteers to trade herself for Ninjor, but the other rangers refuse. Tommy then states that he has a plan.

However, Alpha is able to detect that the power coin is once again in the hands of good and teleports her out. Once in the Command Center, Kat hands the power coin over to Kimberly.
Kat later tells Tommy and Kimberly to meet her at the pool. When they arrive, they watch as Kat overcomes her fear and dives into the pool. After seeing Kat defeat her fear, Kimberly agrees to compete in the Pan Global Trials, and she wins! Gunthar Schmidt then invites her to come to his facility in Florida to train for the Pan Global Games.
