The scene opens with Addison tells her therapist about life the way she sees it. Although she waits for it to keep getting easier, risk-free and less of a struggle, may be it just doesn’t. That may be the way life is. Later, after having sex, Scott tells Violet about taking Lucas to the fire station. May be that will be the coolest place he has ever visited. Violet says that is sweet of him, which Scott finds dismissive. He wants their relationship to get more real. He wants to be friendly with Lucas and Violet’s friends.
