One final challenge before the Fashion Week competition concentrates on the outfitter's personal artistic expression. After the final elimination is announced, the contestants will all return to their hometowns to work on their signature lines.

Top and Bottom Designers
The top designers were Christian and Jillian. The bottom designers were Chris,Sweet P, and Rami.

Even though this was suppose to be a double elimination challenge both Chris and Rami, who were both on the cutting block for elimination, were given another chance toward Fashion Week. Only one of them will go on to compete along side the others, this is up to the judges will judge three of their best pieces and choose one to go on to compete.
Sweet P was eliminated.
The winner of this challenge was Christian.
