Feet Don't Kill Me Now - Recap

A female victim has drowned in the water and they just pulled a car out of the water. Lassi doesn't want O'Hara to do any work and Lassi just wants his replacement cop to fill in for her. Shawn and Gus have showed up and Lassi says that he doesn't want him close. Shawn looks over the car and the body and he says that she wasn't in the car alone. Shawn tells Lassi that it is obvious that Desiree Blake was murdered. Lassi says no and says that his father has repeatedly said no and he is happy that he does.

Lassi wants to talk to Gus and asks if he is taking a tap class and Lassi wants to know why. Gus says that he has been doing it for years and doesn't care what they have to say. Lassi shows up to his dance class and he asks if he could be in the class with him. He says he will see what he can do. Lassi is a total mess in the class while everyone else gets it. Lassi then gets a cramp and the teacher says that it is a wrap for the day. Lassi didn't do well and Gus decides to teach him how to dance and he seems to be feeling more relaxed. He is happy to be learning. Gus asks what he is stressed about and he talks about the case he is on. Lassi asks Gus to help him with the pharmaceutical expertise. Shawn isn't pleased with this and it seems that they are on a competitive streak right now. Gus drives off with Lassi leaving Shawn behind.

Lassi and Gus go to the medical lab and see what the pills are. They are hormonal trial pills and no one is supposed to have them except for the subjects. Shawn just so happens to be there for whatever reason. Shawn is getting a fake sign and tries to get hired on the case. Shawn asks his dad if he can work with Gus and Lassiter. He decides to give him work and Juliet wants to be the partner. She said she'd do anything even if it means babysitting Shawn. The woman they talked to have reason to believe that she lied about working on the trial. It turns out that her "partner" was stealing hormones so his girlfriend could get pregnant. Lassi and Gus are going up against Juliet and Shawn and they have let their "lead" get away. Gus and Lassi are dancing so that he can think with more of a clear mind. It helps him and Juliet & Shawn saw all of it.

Juliet and Shawn show up so they can donate their bodies to science. He ends up getting Juliet donated to "science" for $20 dollars. He wants her to keep the girl that is helping them occupied so that he can clear his mind. He asks that she hit on her to keep her pre-occupied. Juliet isn't into it but she goes to the back anyway while Shawn gets nosy. He works his magic and then Juliet comes out and says she can't do the study. Lassi and Gus are at the car store and they are getting information on where the guy ran off with. Gus says that this doesn't feel like a murder. Lassi disagrees. Juliet and Shawn are at Miss Blake's and they are looking for Ben. She says that she doesn't know where he is. She knows her son was a cheater and they had gotten into a fight before the victim ended up dead. Juliet thinks that Ben is sounding more and more guilty as the time goes on. Shawn and Juliet go their separate ways for a half an hour while Shawn tracks Gus down. Shawn and Gus both think that Ben is innocent. They decide to wait for him and then when they call his name he books it. They got him gripped up and are starting to talk about what happened. He says that they were in love and he didn't kill her or anything. They ask why he ran and he said that her mom had blamed him for killing the victim and worried she had called the cops. They tell him that they believe that he didn't and said that he can get out of it by just talking to Lassi and Juliet but then they show up with their guns to him and telling him to freeze, calling him murderous.

The cops don't go well with hunches and they don't believe that he is innocent. Lassi is happy that Juliet is back. Shawn and Gus go to the medical examiner. He says the cause of death is drowning as there was fluid in her lungs. There is no bruising on the body, cuts, or any kind of struggle. Ben's lab partner shows up and there is no way that he did that. They prove that Ben didn't do it based on the entrance record. He was working at the time of the murder so he could not have murdered her. There is still a killer out there though, so they need to continue working. They didn't figure out who killed Desiree, but it could have been someone that was jealous. Then they find out that they just pulled a dead surfer out of the water that turns out to be Ben.

Shawn and Gus goes back to the medical examiner and he says that there was no sign of a struggle. They realize that these two were dry drowning. That is when Shawn realizes that it could happen if they just had anesthesia. Shawn and Gus call Lassi and Juliet to the lab to see Tonya. They are thinking that she had an affair with Ben. She says that she is the part time assistant, she definitely did not do it. That is when they realize that it was his partner. Lassi gets confused and dances. Shawn says that she killed Desiree and then killed Ben.
