September 13, 1956/Summer 1968: With the help of Al, the holograph Observer, Sam attempts to pilot the X-2 successfully. However, once he succeeds, he discovers that he has another mission to complete. Once that is completed, Sam leaps into the life of a minor league baseball player who must bat his team out of last place.
