Episode Notes

When Troian (Deborah Pratt) imagines seeing her late husband, Julian, rising from the water, it is actually Scott Bakula.

Sam (Scott Bakula) jokingly speculates that Miss Stoltz (Carolyn Seymour) is secretly addicted to The Twilight Zone. Seymour previously appeared in The Twilight Zone episode "Ye Gods".

The voice of Julian Claridge was supplied by Dean Stockwell.

Carolyn Seymour (Miss Stoltz) would later play Zoey, Alia's observor, in "Deliver Us from Evil - March 19, 1966", "Return of the Evil Leaper - October 8, 1956" and "Revenge of the Evil Leaper - September 16, 1987".

At the time of this episode, Deborah Pratt (Troian Giovanni Claridge) was the real life wife of Donald P. Bellisario, the creator of the series. They later divorced. She was also one of the producers, a frequent writer and the narrator from "All Americans - November 6, 1962" until the end of the series. In addition to this, she also supplied the voice of Ziggy in "The Leap Back - June 15, 1945".

Episode Quotes

Al: I'm not into necrophilia!
Sam: At last, something sexual he's not into!
Al: That's not funny, Sam.
Al: This is a fresh one.
Sam: 1948?
Al: It could still have...yucky stuff in it.

Al: You tell Ziggy that if he doesn't centre me on Sam right now, I'm going to feed his sex century microchips to Tina's crocodile!

Sam: We should head for cover.
(Troian goes into the mausoleum)
Sam: In there is not exactly what I had in mind.

Troian: Dr. Mintz has finally got proof.
Jimmy: (to Sam) Well, I'll just bet you do. Quack.

Miss Stoltz: I told her you'd drive into town in the morning and pick them up.
Sam: That's a very good idea. The storm is getting nasty.
Miss Stoltz: It has nothing to do with the storm. Strangers aren't welcome here.

Al: Well, who wouldn't in a place like this. It reminds me of an abandoned house in my old neighborhood that was so scary nobody would ever go near it. It was the perfect place for me to take Myra Boicek to...go bump in the night.
Sam: Al, just give me the data.

Sam: What happened? Did the storm knock the power out?
Jimmy: No, it was the Boogeyman.

Al: (telling Gooshie to center him on Troian) What? I don't want to hear about we can't get a lock! Tell Ziggy if he dosn't center me on Troian right now, I'm gonna feed his sex-sensory microchip--
(Al is centered on Troian)
Al: --to Tina's crocodile!
