Episode Notes |

Michael Blake (Charles Rocket) was born on July 11, 1922 and, in the original history, committed suicide on June 3, 1976. In a tragic case of life imitating art, Rocket took his own life on October 7, 2005, less than fifteen years after the production of this episode. | At the end of this episode, Scott Bakula (Sam) and Dean Stockwell (Al) say "Merry Christmas, everyone." | This is the first of two Christmas-themed episodes. The other is "Promised Land - December 22, 1971". They are also the only leaps that take place in December of any year. | Charles Rocket (Michael Blake) would later play Commander Dirk Riker in "A Leap For Lisa - June 25, 1957". |
