Grooming Guru, played by Kyan Douglas
Kyan Douglas takes care of grooming on the show. He takes the straight guys physical appearance in hand, and helps them with all their skin, hair and body problems. His area often overlaps with fitness and health. He helps the straight guys find an exercise/fitness regime, accompanying them to a gym, swimming pool or yoga class; and takes them to doctors and/or shows them treatments for specific issues such as back problems.
Kyan Douglas is certified in cosmetology and worked as a colorist for the NY hair salon Arrojo Studios. He has a great deal of experience in various different fields of beauty and well-being, and is also an ex-massage therapist and a trained yoga instructor. He works with the beauty company L'Oreal as spokesman and product advisor, and has published a book on women's beauty. |
