When Los Angeles police homicide detective Michael Raines arrives at the crime scene, Sandy Boudreau, a beautiful young woman, is lying face down, murdered with a bullet in her back. As Raines begins the investigation, the murdered victim haunts his imagination and this hallucination keeps hounding him with one crucial question -- who did this?
