Reba learns that Brock will not be getting back together with her, as he has left her for Barbara Jean, his dental hygienist, whom he has knocked up. Meanwhile Reba also learns that Cheyenne has been impregnated by her boyfriend, Van.

Mrs. Hodge has Cheyenne kicked out of school; however, Van gets to stay in school due to him being on the school's football team. Reba then cooks up an idea to have Van stay home instead of going to the big football game, with hopes of Mrs. Hodge letting them both back into school since Van is the best player on the team.

Jake meets a new friend while Cheyenne is going through morning sickness. After asking the boy's mother if he can sleep over at Jake's, the mother soon turns them down because of Cheyenne's pregnancy.

Reba volunteers to host the team's pre-game dinner. She learns that she must follow the "Bible of pre-game dinners" which she does, though she accidentally buys the wrong brand of mashed potatoes. This disrupts the team's concentration, causing them to play terribly and leaves Reba with the burden of getting the team's spirit back.

Reba then reports the credit card stolen, so when Barbara Jean uses the credit card, she gets sent to mall jail. Now, Reba finds herself with the task of bailing Barbara Jean out of mall jail.

While things are going great, Cheyenne begins to become jealous of Van's mother, and Reba finds herself loosing her mind when Van's mom continues to do the same things that Reba is doing, so Reba decides that there must be a way of getting Van's mother out of the house without hurting Van's feelings...

Later that night, Reba calls their house only to discover that Brock's in the hospital and Reba believes that she put him there...
