This episode was a bit surreal. soooo... sheila rapes tommy? was he even hard? i did like how she busts up the joint and makes him think he fell off the wagon. that's just cold hearted.
i loved how maggie gets off on sean beating up others. it was so her when she made up that burly guy calling her a w***e and it was so sean to deflect off on the skinny guy.
so tommy nailed angie. good for him.
i also dig what they did to Birdie's truck. hilarious. |

Sean being blind was a real hoot, he's very good comic relief. In the previews did he say "We're getting married? NOOOOOOO...... LOL

Steve Pasquale's portrayal of Sean is nothing short of spectacular lately. he is so funny. i love the glassed over look he gives when sean is confused.
i hope they don't leave it like that, though that was pretty good. i would like to see i little more back and forth.
sheila.... where to begin. soooo hot, but crazy as a loon. i have no idea what she's going to do next and i love it.
i really like lou this season as well. he's funnier and i loved how torn he was when he couldn't get franco out of the fire himself. |

The show has been getting a lot of flack lately because of the Tommy /Janet rape (?) scene. I wonder how much flack they'll get over Shelia rapeing Tommy?

it has been getting a ton of flack, but it's not like it doesn't happen unfortunately. people want their tv to entertain them and stay away from the seedier side of life. any show that bucks the trend takes crap. i admire the courage it takes to delve into taboo subjects. it could have been a lot worse. i think what they're really showing is a darker side of janet. |
