She saw him but couldn’t stop him. Well, it is the evidence; and there was no break-in. it is a part of Emily’s plan and Emily has hidden the evidence. Daniel informs Conrad about the incident. Conrad tells him that the white haired man has been keeping a watch over them. Conrad tells Daniel that without the evidence, he is a dead man. Cut to 36 hours earlier; Emily is watching a video tape of her father where he tells his daughter that he had a great day and that he loves her. Next, Emily is listening into the conversation between Conrad and Daniel. Conrad tells Daniel that loose ends from his trial need to be tied up. He refers to Jack Porter and Daniel tells him that he has plans for Jack. Daniel tells Conrad that once they pass through this phase successfully, he must keep his promise. Conrad remembers his promise. Just then Nolan calls Emily asking her what Jack meant by having plans for Jack. Emily has no clue. Nolan tells her that her father was only trying to protect her and that she should read his journals. Next, we see her crossing the pictures of the people she had destroyed. It is 2002 and Amanda is in New York, in a bar, where Amanda is dancing with a guy in a club. When the guy tries to get fresh with her, she pushes him away. Then she sees him going into the men’s room with another girl. She goes in and beats him up. The guard drags her out of that place. Nolan arrives and asks her to get into his car. Next, they are at a restaurant having dinner. He tells her once again that she should read those journals to find out what her dad really was and that she should stop destructing herself the way she is doing now...

She wants to find the guy who did the deed on the inside. She leaves to see Charlotte, as she is worried about her. Next, Conrad arrives to talk to Victoria. She is staring at Dominik’s unfinished work. They don’t have a pleasant conversation. Next, Emily arrives to meet Charlotte. Emily sees that Charlotte is having a father-daughter time; she is going through papers, magazines, everything she could find in public record; as Vic wouldn’t tell her anything about her father.
