Recap

The scene opens with Emily sitting with Nolan and goes through her father’s interview tape. She learns about Charlotte – the baby girl he saw in court when Victoria brought her on the day of her testimony. He relates how Charlotte’s eyes looked familiar. He already lost Emily and now was about to lose Charlotte as the judge announced his life term imprisonment. Losing one daughter is bad enough – but losing both is unbearable. Emily doesn’t understand why her father didn’t write that in his journal. When Nolan asks whether Charlotte being her half-sister bothers her plans of confronting the Grayson’s she replies it doesn’t...
