Average science fiction drama written Eric kripke and produced by JJ Abrams. Abrams usually doesn't produce great shows. Can anybody point out any good production from JJ Abrams?

This is a production that is so typical of a JJ Abrams one. It is average at best but it is still well worth a watch.

I am surprised that this show could generate this amount of hype.

I think this is better than a lot of the comedy shows that are being shown on TV channels today.

I will lap up anything that is similar to Lost. I was a big fan of Lost that when it ended, i was asking for more. Probably, Revolution is an answer to that.

It is funny that you mention this show as a science fiction drama. I can hardly feel the impact that a science fiction drama usually provides.

As soon as i saw Giancarlo Esposito's name in the cast list of the show, this show became a must-watch on my list.

I am wrong. At first i thought some of you guys were over-reacting. But, now i feel that they should have chosen a different time slot.

When i heard that this show had a storyline similar to Lost, i was quite excited about it. While watching the first episode, i realised that i wanted to like it rather honestly enjoying the show. Is it me or is there something wrong with the show?

I feel most people here and in other forums are too harsh on this show. Agreed, this is definitely not as expected. But, we got to blame ourselves for expecting too much.

The excitement that the plot and the few scenes in the trailer offers gets shut off when you actually watch the full show.

I too didn't like the first episode. But the second one was bearable.

Like some of you, i also believe that this show won't go beyond the first season. Too many negative reviews already.
