This episode made its American debut (BBC America) on Saturday May 26, 2007.
According to the wedding service, Guy of Gisborne’s middle name is Crispin.
(Robin rides to the church to save Marian)
Robin: Do you take this man, and this horse, as your route out of here?
Marian: I do.
King Richard: My loyal subjects, we have survived the Holy Land and we are grateful for your warm welcome. However, there are those amongst us who are disloyal, who would plot against authority, who do not understand law and order. We must quash them now. (points to the Sheriff) Arrest Sheriff Vasney!
When Robin does the trick with his bow and arrow to target the Sheriff's sandal and then in turn manages to pull him up by his feet, the Sheriff should have fallen as his sandals were not securely fastened.
Before the battle at the cave between them and Gisborne's men, Little John marks his face with soot and makes the comment "Today Is a Good Day to Die" ... it is possibly in reference to a popular battle cry that the Klingons from the Star Trek franchise use: Heghlu'meH QaQ jajvam.
