After seeing that they are out of shape, Rocko and Heffer join a Health Club in hopes of shedding some unwanted weight.

After Rocko gets his own credit card, he goes plastic crazy and with the help of Heffer goes on a shopping mall spree.

Heffer realizes he has an amazing burping ability and enters a talent show. He wins, receiving a trip to Astro-Camp in outer space. Too bad his dad wont let him go.

Spunky starts to put on some weight so Rocko takes him to an animal health spa, while Bloaty and Squirmy explore Spunky's 'fatlands' which turns out to be similar to the wild west.
