Fish-N-Chumps:
Rocko, Heffer, and Filbert head out on a strange fishing trip where they meet a pirate, a cheese-loving squid and fish 'fisherman'.

Camera Shy:
Heffer and Filbert help Rocko make a home video of his daily routines, but instead record him sleepwalking in the nude. They then have the Chameleon Brothers edit the film.

Rocko reads the Chameleon brothers' sign as "please go downstairs for service", while the sign really said "please to go downstairs for service".

Cultural References

Tom Kenny, who does the voice of Heffer, also does the voice for the sea captain in Fish-N-Chumps and later uses that same character and voice for the Patchy the Pirate on SpongeBob SquarePants.
