After Heffer moves out his parent's house in order to prove he's capable, he finds it much more difficult then he had thought it to be.

Feisy Geist:
Heffer is stalked by a wrathful spirit that he wronged in another lifetime.

This spoofs the Hindenburg Zeppelin that exploded and then crashed in May of 1937, resulting in the death of 36 people. The name also comes from one of the Directors of Rocko's Modern Life, Stephen Hillenburg.
