Andy and Gail go undercover as cocktail waitresses to clean up a drug-infested club, but get more than they bargained for when their fellow waitress turns out to be involved with a vicious criminal. Meanwhile, Traci wrestles with feelings for her old flame, Detective Barber, Dov tries to weather the storm when a young woman files a complaint against him, and Andy unwittingly opens up to Sam about her commitment to Luke.
Sam: How's your Saturday night, McNally?
Andy: Oh, just working a murder case with Luke and Jo. It was their last big case before he came to 15.
Sam: Yeah, they were quite a team.
Andy: I guess.
Tori: It's hopeless. I keep trying to end it and he just ignores me for weeks. I don't hear from him. He doesn't call, and then he just shows up, and -
Andy: You can't say no. I get it, I get it. It's kind of exciting and gets your heart going.
Tori: So you dated a guy like that?
Andy: Uh, yeah. I think we all have.
Tori: You know, Russell's never even said he loves me.
Andy: I'm sure he does.
Tori: Why can't guys like that just come out and say the way they feel?
Andy: I wish I knew.
Gail: I found a baby.
Gail: No, I did. In the middle of High Park. This woman called it in, said she was walking her dog and she heard it crying. Swarek held it while I took her statement.
Andy: You held a baby?
Sam: Uh, no, I, uh, took down a purse snatcher, two drunk drivers and a streaking engineer student...then I held a baby.
Sam: We make a good team, you and me.
Andy: What are you saying?
Sam: Just what I said. What do you mean?
Andy: Nothing. I gotta go!
