Evan wants to market HankMed to get more clients but Hank wants nothing of the sort as he believes patients find him fine with word of mouth. However Evan continues on his mission to add regular clients to his list.
Hank is called upon by a senator. As he arrives, he is told by Lucy Everett, the senator's wife, that he has been called to examine her son, Kendrick. He must pass an executive physical examination before he undergoes the same examination prior to his admission to the Notre Dame football team.
Boris, his landlord, tries to get information from Hank but Hank refuses to forgo confidentiality even though he is living in the guest house without paying a rent.
Hank also treats Benny who was bitten by one of the dogs he walks. He helps him get treatment at the hospital when the injury gets infected.
Evan, being a thoughtful brother, helps Hank get a date with Jill.
