Jill: They're filming a reality TV show. Apparently all you need is a camera and people with no shame.

Hank: Well, umm, you can stay with me.
Jill: I don't think so.
Hank: No really, it's no big deal. I'll sleep on the couch, you can have my room.
Jill: And you won't be uncomfortable?
Hank: I won't be uncomfortable, will you be uncomfortable?
Jill: I'll get my things.

Evan: I honestly can't believe you and your family are members of Blackstone, that's like the coolest thing ever.
Paige: Yeah, we belong to a lot of clubs, but I don't usually tell people about Blackstone because they always end up wanting to bring everyone and their uncle.
Evan: Really?
Paige: Yeah.
Evan: You don't have to worry about me, or my uncle.
Paige: Oh, I wan't talking about you, if you wanted to bring someone sometime, that would be fine.
Evan: Really?
Paige: Yeah.
Evan: Cool.

Hank: It's good to have you back in town.
Emily: But you found a way to keep my spot warm.
Hank: I told you, she was just sleeping here to escape the noise at her place.
Emily: You did tell me that.
Hank: Look, we're just friends.
Emily: I know you're friends, I'm not sure about the just part.
Hank: It's true.
Emily: I know you think it's true, she might even think it's true but it's not.
Hank: You're saying we're secretly dating each other without our knowledge?
Emily: Believe me, I don't want to see this. But I think there are unresolved feelings there. On both sides.
Hank: Okay, then maybe we should talk about that.
Emily: No we shouldn't. Not even a little bit.

Hank: Boris, hey! Just dropping off the antibiotics for Marissa. You on your way out?
Boris: I actually wanted to speak with you before you saw her.
Hank: Everything okay?
Boris: That was to be my question to you.
Hank: Oh, well if you're concerned you should really talk to Marissa.
Boris: I'm talking to you Hank. What were you two discussing in the MRI chamber?
Hank: You know I can't tell you that.
Boris: May I remind you where you are standing, Hank? My property, my largess helps make your business possible.
Hank: And I appreciate it, but you have to talk to Marissa.
Boris: She won't tell me anything. So, just, is she going to be alright, or?
