Episode Quotes
visual: Harper hits a volleyball.
Hank: Bam! Is there anything you don't do well at the beach?
Harper: Not in front of your brother.

Louise "Lou" Hunter: When I told you I went to rehab, that was the truth. I was serious
about turning my life around. The only addiction I have now is green tea.
Paige: I'm sorry I doubted you.

Hank: That guy (Howard Katz) had "whale" written all over him.
Evan: What that guy has written all over him, you don't want to be reading.
Hank: Well, yeah, he's a little cliche, but I mean...
Evan: No, look, Henry, I... I do know him, okay? From the city. That guy lost a lot of people a lot of money. We do not want him as a client. We don't even want him as a patient. Trust me.

Paige: I just had a great conversation with Lou.
Evan: Lou called you?
Paige: No, I bumped into her in town.
Evan: Just coincidentally, you bumped into her?
Paige: Totally.
Evan: Hmm.

Dmitry Vasilyev: You're still mad at me, eh?
Boris: Not everyone is used to you pulling a gun on them, Dima.
Hank: Oh, so he does that a lot.
Boris: Only when he wants to make a point.
Dmitry Vasilyev: And the point we made, didn't we, Boris?
Boris: It appears we may have.

Louise "Lou" Hunter: (to Paige) Last summer, I hired a private investigator. I gave him about half of my money, and a DNA sample. And then I never heard from him again. I took him for some huckster. He... he... he called me about an hour ago. There's a woman in Michigan that he found. Her DNA matches mine. I am so sorry, Paige. I'm not your mother.

Divya: Do you have a wife and child in Argentina?
Rafa: Who told you that?
Divya: Is it true?
Rafa: I do have a child. With an ex-girlfriend, not a wife. But I suppose that's not the point.
Divya: You lied to me.
Rafa: No. No, I never lied.
Divya: Every time you looked at me and said those suave little things you said, you lied to me.
Rafa: We only met recently, and I didn't know where this was going. So, I didn't want to mention it yet. It felt like too much too soon.
Divya: Do you know what this feels like?
Rafa: If I were to mention my son immediately to every woman I slept with, I...
Divya: So, that's what I am. Just... One of those.
Rafa: No.
Divya: Or should I say... That's what I was.

Hank: Turns out it was just pneumonia. In fact, Cameron and her partner won the whole tournament.
Harper: Wow, that's great. She must've been happy you were there for her.
Hank: Yeah.

Evan: So... you came back because of a patient?
Hank: I thought I did. But now I think I used a patient to hold myself back.
Evan: Well... Yeah, I mean, it... it was a big step.
Hank: I thought I blew a major call today. Turns out I blew two.

Evan: Paige Collins, I want to marry you. And I want to do it as soon as humanly possible.
Paige: Okay, but what about school, and what about...
Evan: I agree, we can come up with 50 reasons why it's a crazy idea. We only need one reason to just do it anyway.
Paige: Well, I've always wanted a December wedding, but...
Evan: So, why wait till next December? There's one coming up in a few months. I mean it. (Paige hugs him) Does that mean yes?
Paige: Yes!

Cultural References
Evan: What are the unofficial sports?
Harper: We like our Bocce ball beer fest. And our Parcheesi pizza contest gets downright ugly when grandma's competitive streak comes out.

Bocce is a ball sport related to lawn bowling. Parcheesi is an American board game adapted from the Indian game Pachisi.

Paige: Once I start art school, I won't have any time to plan.
Louise "Lou" Hunter: Art school.
Paige: Parsons.

Parsons The New School For Design is a private art college located in New York City.
