Episode Notes
Ben was diagnosed with a separation of the layers in the arterial wall in an artery of his neck, which was the cause of the pain in his jaw.

Greer was suffering from esophageal strictures induced by acid reflux.

Paige: As soon as my phone is done charging, I'm gonna call Evan.
Russell Berger: Oh, sweetie, it doesn't charge if you don't plug it in.

Episode Quotes
Hank: I look forward to finding out the bottom line tomorrow, when I see Shelby.
Ken Keller: She called you? What did she say? Tell me everything.
Hank: Well, she called to ask if I could come in for a meeting. That was it.
Ken Keller: Oh, no, no, no. Rookie mistake. You and Evan do not see her without me present while we're negotiating.

Divya: Oh, did I tell you that I figured out a way to turn my walk-in closet into a nursery? And since my landlord has to take the place down to the studs, he's agreed to put a window into it.
Hank: That's great.

Jeremiah: Oh, why couldn't I just say no?
Evan: Were you talking to Divya?
visual: Jeremiah nods yes.
Evan: There's your answer.

Divya: I've never thought of myself as inconsiderate, but at Jeremiah's house, I'm a nightmare of a guest.
Hank: Oh, please. I doubt that.
Divya: I let Greer use his kitchen, and let's just say we made a mess of it. Honestly, out of all the kitchens in all the world. I shouldn't find it funny, but it was such a disaster.
Hank: Did Jeremiah laugh?
Divya: No.
Hank: Oh, okay.
Divya: Not even a little.

Shelby Shackelford: Don't you have a patient in Hungary?
Hank: Why?
Shelby Shackelford: I just got the weirdest phone call from a doctor in Budapest about a clinical trial, and he mentioned you.
Hank: Yeah, my European patient's interested in a local trial. What did you tell the doctor?
Shelby Shackelford: I said I didn't know anything about it. But that if Hank Lawson is involved, I'm sure it's great.

Shelby Shackelford: (to Hank, Evan Divya and Ken) To the newest members of Symphony Health, I want to be the first to say welcome to the family.
Divya: Thank you, Shelby. We are so excited to be on board.

Cultural References
Russell Berger: (takes a long sniff) I love the smell of linseed in the morning.

This is a play on words from the phrase "I love the smell of napalm in the morning" from the 1979 film Apocalypse Now.

Episode References
Evan: Well, we know what happened to the last guy Milos got suspicious of. He had him killed.
Hank: Actually, he did it himself. In the middle of the street.

In episode 5x03, Lawson Translation, Milos killed Dmitry Vasilyev for Dmitry's investigation into Milos' activities regarding Boris.
