Episode discussion for: 01x02 | The First Day of School (Aug 01, 2010)

I'm still not sure about this series but will watch a few more times. I did hate that the dialogue got garbled (or to low) a few times. Doesn't anybody realize that the TV audience is getting older and we have hearing problems???? Or are they just trying to drive away anybody under the age of 40?

I would love that have another AMC show as goos as Breaking Bad.

I enjoyed it and I'll be watching it again. I almost always have the closed captioning on. There isn't anything wrong with my hearing, but I don't want to miss it if they mumble or speak too fast.

I wonder why the AMC series Breaking Bad doesn't have as much of a sound problem?? It's annoying. I'll continue to watch also because I believe this series will take several episode to develop properly.

I agree that it will take some time to develop. Sometimes I look back at the first episode of a show I love, and I find myself wondering what caught my eye about it. Given that knowledge, I almost always give shows I want to watch a few episodes. I didn't with Scoundrels though. 5 minutes into the 2nd episode and I deleted them all from Hulu and unsubscribed.

Guess it just took too long for me and I'm deleting this from me favs. I was intreged during ep1, very midly interested during ep2, but ep3 !! - well during ep3 cutting my toe nails was more exciting. Yes it does look like a long-hawler, but seriously, this is just a big load of pah
