Into The Wilde - Recap

The scene opens with Steve playing a game and Fa’ad pulls up. He tells that he is playing “$500 if you can find me” with Puddle, but she doesn’t know it. Fa’ad says that it sounds interesting and wants to play too. They get in the back seat and Steve tells that Emmy and Puddle are living in the tree house and he wants to go on vacation with them. He is afraid that they won’t want to go either. Fa’ad tells that is because she spent years in the jungle and doesn’t believe in anything like that. Steve recollects when Emmy was taking a bubble bath while eating strawberries. Steve knocks on the doors and asks if she shaves her legs bluntly and she tells that she wasn’t taking a bath and Steve takes this as a sign that she doesn’t shave her legs. He tells Fa’ad to open the back and there is Puddle. He gives her $500 for finding him and tells her to tell her mother that he is going on vacation.

Puddle tells her mom that Steve was hiding in the back of Fa’ad’s car. Emmy asks if she got $50 for finding him and she tells that he did, but doesn’t tell plus $450. She also tells that Steve is going on vacation by himself. Emmy doesn’t like this and she walks into Steve’s office and tells that she knows about the $50 dollars hide and seek came. He tells that he gave $500. Puddle plays dumb and says that she counted it wrong. They argue about his vacation and they eventually agree that they go on the vacation together. Mirko tells Steve that Emmy is not the hotel type and that she would love to go out into the woods. Steve tells that the hunting lodge would be perfect. Mr. Lunt comes over and tells that Steve gave him the property to be able to retire there. He has been making it to his style. Steve tells for Mirko and his team to take it down to the rustic feeling it was before. Mirko’s team gets started right away and Mr. Lunt is trying to save everything he has.

Emmy and Puddle get ready for their trip and they start to leave, but they’re interrupted by an unexpected visitor. Andy shows up and he tells that he had to ride a garbage barge to get to her. He says that he got her letter and that he wonders why she is living in a place where it is luxurious. She tells that Andy needs to take a bath and tells that it is good. Steve shouts for Emmy and Puddle and Andy comes out and tells that he is Emmy’s fiancé. Steve tells that he has never heard of him. Emmy tells Andy that she has but he never listens. Andy tells that Emmy says that Steve never listens. It is hard to hear under the tree house and Steve thinks that he said glisten. He tells that he is going to come up and Andy says that he is coming down. They try for a while and the trip gets canceled. Emmy tells that her fiancé just got there and Steve tells that she shouldn’t be going anywhere. Steve tells Mirko that he has to get rid of Andy. Mirko tells him to kill Andy with kindness.

Andy is trying to unscrew a fire hydrant and Andy finds out that Emmy has been taking baths in the mansion and he is disgusted. He forgets about it and tells that they have a chance to bring down Wilde Oil from the inside. Emmy tells that Steve is only the son and Andy tells that they can kidnap him. She calls it a crazy idea and says that he could get arrested. Andy comes up with the idea that he is going to think that Steve is only going to go on a hiking trip with Andy. Emmy tells Andy to be careful of the hydrant and he gloats that he knows what he is doing. Suddenly the hubcap comes off and shoots Andy back. Andy makes a ransom note and then pretends to like Steve to convince him to go out to the woods. Fa’ad has a lip reader with him so he can know of Steve’s plans and wants to go on vacation. Fa’ad goes to the tree house and tells that he wants to go on their vacation too. Emmy doesn’t know of any vacation in the woods and tells that Andy is going to jail for a long time and tells that he kidnapped Steve. Emmy tells Puddle to stop the letter from being delievered. She runs off but once out of view, she stops.

In the woods, Steve and Andy are still acting nice and finally, Andy tells that Steve is an idiot and Steve knows that some thing is going on. Andy tells that he is kidnapping him and that they are going to get a lot of money for it. He tells that he has had enough and tells Andy to take them to his cabin. Steve tells that he doesn’t know where the cabin is. Andy says that they need to follow the trail, like the one he is making. Andy tells that he doesn’t feel good and falls down. Emmy and Fa’ad arrive at a cabin and it is Fa’ad’s cabin. She tells that they are trying to look for Steve. Fa’ad catches on and they track Andy’s body down. He is lying in paper and he tells that Steve went to go get help. Andy asks if he and Emmy could make love and she wants to know what’s wrong with him. She tells him to get up and go back. He tells he can’t walk that far and Emmy tells that they are a mile out.

Fa’ad and Emmy arrive at Steve’s cabin and he is reading a book. He says that he sent Mr. Lunt to get Andy. Emmy tells that she sent Mirko to get the ransom note but he did not get there in time. Mirko tells that his father didn’t want to do anything. Feeling dejected, Steve sits down. Emmy tells that they should take the vacation now since they are all there. Fa’ad asks if they have room for one more and suggests that they invite Steve along. Steve tells that he can bring in the bed and she accepts it for her and Puddle. She tells that she is Steve’s friend and tells him to take off his hand on her leg. He replies, “I get it, you haven’t shaved”
