Oil & Water - Recap

<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The scene opens with Steve in a vodka celler with Fa’ad and Steve tells that he has tried everything he can do to avoid Andy. Fa’ad suggests that they need to get rid of Andy and Puddle, who has been there the entire time, tells that he should show Andy a “supposed” conspiracy that he is looking for. Fa’ad tells that Puddle needs to not spy on adults and offers her vodka as “forget juice”. Andy asks what Puddle means and she tells that Andy is going to go after it. They go upstairs and Emmy tells that she is going to help her with her science project and Puddle tells that Steve is going to. They argue a little over who is going to help and tells that Steve was home schooled. Steve tells that he had the best tutors. Emmy tells that if Steve would have had a real job he would have known what real work is.

Andy comes in wearing Steve’s fur coat and tells that they once made them out of real fur and Steve tells that it is real fur. Andy throws it on the ground and tells that he knows that he needs it to keep him warm in Alaska and tells that is where Wilde Oil is doing bad things. Emmy defends Steve and tells Andy that he doesn’t work for Wilde Oil and that he is a nice guy. He tells that Wilde Oil is a threat and Emmy starts to get offended and walks away. Andy tells Steve that Emmy used to like it when he got angry about things and they tell Andy that he needs to go to Alaska and investigate the happenings. Later, Emmy notices that Andy is not there and Steve tells that he sent Andy to investigate into Wilde Oil in Alaska and Steve tells that he paid for his airfare. Meanwhile, Fa’ad gets done drinking and tries to get out, but it is locked. Back upstairs, Emmy tells that she loves it that Steve doesn’t work for Wilde Oil. But, when Migo enters with a check, Steve tells that he gets a paycheck from his Wilde Oil office. She tells him to quit and Migo tells that he tells that he uses the money to fight his gambling addiction. Steve tells that he will quit his job.

The next day Steve goes into the office and meets everyone working there. He is unknowledgeable of the things that go on and tells that he quits. Everyone laughs and a guy offers to have lunch with some KFC and Steve has no clue what that is. The manager clues him in and Steve finds it impossible to quit. Meanwhile at the house, Paul Shaffer is there and Emmy wants to know what this has to do with the Science Fair. Paul Shaffer gets upset and leaves. Steve comes in and tells that he didn’t quit the job. Emmy offers to go with him to make sure that he quits. Meanwhile, Fa’ad is still in the Vodka cellar freezing and he rubs ice on himself because he was raised in the desert. At the company, Emmy sits down and waits for Steve to quit when Andy calls. He tells that he knows that they are up to something up there is Alaska and Emmy reveals that she is at Wilde Oil. She gets the idea that she could take the company down now that she is inside and tells that she has to stop Steve from quitting. Turns out, Steve didn’t even quit and in fact got promoted.

Back at the tree house, Emmy reveals that she has been working on a model for Steve to show the investors and to have Wilde Oil dump some oil in a protective zone and both Steve and Puddle really don’t like the idea of hurting things to help them. The next day at work, Emmy tells that they are going to have to push for the promotion with the plan and she tells that Steve is going to make a difference, but she really means that “she” will. Steve tells that he has a problem of the plans. The next day, Steve tells Puddle that he hates waking up early and Puddle tells that Emmy hasn’t even helped her with her project. Later, Emmy can’t find Steve and finds Fa’ad in the Vodka cooler. The door closes and Fa’ad tells that they are trapped forever, but Emmy pushes the intercom and tells Migo to come and get them. She offers her shaw to a almost naked Fa’ad and he tells that he burned his clothes to get the heat so that he could climb up the ice shaft, but the more he destroyed the ice, the slippery it got. That is when Emmy realizes that she is on a slippery slope with Wilde Oil. She asks Migo where Steve is and he tells that he saw him in the garage with the model.

She runs to the garage and finds that Steve and Puddle are painting the model. He tells that he didn’t like the fact that she wore her hair in a bun and Puddle tells that she was willing to hurt people to try to attempt to close a company. They are going to use the model for her science project and it is called “Don’t Let This Happen”. They work on the project together. Meanwhile at the protest in Alaska, Andy is confused as one of the Wilde Oil workers and is attacked.
