Just watched the first two episodes and I was incredibly disappointed. I didn't like any of the agents and none of them stood out to me.

If it wasn't for the Avengers connection then people wouldn't be watching this.

I disagree. At this point, they're not supposed to have chemistry. It seems to be playing out as it's should.

I also disagree. The cast is meeting each other as we meet them. There is interest in each other, but it's fledgling - hasn't had time to build to chemistry. Still, well scripted and well acted. If it gets a little campy at times - well it's a comic book. Good job overall.

Isn't this typical of Whedon? Reminds me of Firefly in the first few episodes. Those characters started to mesh as the show went on.

I agree that the show is not what I thought it would be. The characters are not interesting at all. I have watched the first 5 episodes and I fast forward through most of the show. The stories do not grab you and keep you watching.
Will continue with this series for awhile longer, but if it does not pick up, that will be it for me.

Methinks you'd find them more interesting if they didn't all have the same hair colour.
