Serena Campbell, an average middle school girl rescues a black cat, named Luna, from some boys who were tormenting her. She soon becomes the heroine, Sailor Moon, protector of the univers. She has to fight the Nega-verse, ruled by Queen Beryl.
She finds her teamates, Sailor Mercury, who's secret identiy is Amy Anderson, the smartest girl in school. Sailor Mars, who is Raye Hino, a preistess at the local temple, and goes to a all girl school, Sailor Jupiter/ Lita, who is a new student at Serena's school, and at a much later time, Sailor Venus, Mina, who comes from England, and goes to a diferent school
together these 5 heroins have to find the Moon Princess and the Silver Crystal, before the Queen Beryl and her 4 minions do.
