Tacky quiz show which billed itself 'Live From Norwich- The Quiz of The Week'. Hosted by Nicholas Parsons the shows star prizes usually was a car (often a Skoda). Satellite channel Sky briefly revived the show in 1991. Sale of the Century has also been running in Australia since 1980 and has now produced some 4000+ editions, the show is produced by Grundy and shown on the Nine Network.
