Subject: • Saving Grace to End Next Summer
The cop drama will wrap up next summer after its third season, TNT announced.

The network had originally ordered a split 15-episode third season, with nine episodes currently running this summer and six to run in the winter. TNT has now tacked on three more episodes to the remaining six to allow producers to tie up loose ends. The last nine episodes will air in summer 2010.

A reason for the cancellation was not given, but the series, with Oscar winner Holly Hunter in the lead, is expensive to produce.
