Scandal: Enemy Of The State

After the Amanda Tanner case takes a shocking turn, one-time friends Olivia and Cyrus take heated, opposing viewpoints, and Cyrus tries to help in investigating the personal lives of Olivia and her associates. Meanwhile Olivia and her team help a dictator locate his wife and children who have been allegedly kidnapped, and Quinn goes out with a reporter seeking information.

The episode begins with Quinn being woken up by a loud banging at the door of Olivia’s office. Meanwhile Olivia is at home, and she opens the door to Stephen, who is there with a bottle of wine. She takes the bottle and goes in, once inside, Olivia beings sobbing. Stephen tries consoling her. Olivia is visibly disturbed by something. She tells Stephen that, Amanda is pregnant with the president’s baby. Meanwhile, Quinn calls up Olivia. Quinn tells her there is an army at her office, and that she should come quickly. At the office Olivia finds out that the army is of a South American dictator, who is there to meet her. The dictator is a sworn enemy of the United States. ..
