J.D.'s patient, Mr. Cantwell refuses to have surgery to prostate cancer surgery because he doesn't want to risk his sexual relationship with his wife. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox can't find the time to have a sexual relationship with Jordan and Carla surprises Turk with the news that she's decided they should abstain from sex until their wedding - a decision she ultimately reevaluates when she needs a little comforting.
