An illegal fishing boat captured by the Navy catches fire and sinks, leaving the crew in shark infested waters. On an isolated tropical island, the crew finds a marine biologist dying from a mysterious poison. Kate struggles to accept her new posting on the HMAS Hammersley, under the command of her old flame. It’s open season on new recruit Spider, as the crew subjects him to traditional navy practical jokes.
