Instead he plans to get Hesh and Debbie Dupree to marry each other, have a kid, and then he'll adopt their kid as his own. But when the big day arrives, drug abuse, jealousy, gunplay, Matrix parodies, and other craziness ensues.

When Stormy is fed up with paying taxes, he convinces Shanks to Captain Shanks to declare Sealab a sovereign nation. They call it "Sealabia" and acquire nuclear arms from England. Soon everyone gets the same idea and form separate countries, which leads to a (what else) nuclear war that threatens Sealab with utter annihilation.

39 :03x13 - Neptunati (Jul/25/2004)
The crew learns that Captain Shanks is a member of a world-manipulating secret society, the Brotherhood of Neptune. They all are initiated (the process includes long-winded oaths and drinking human blood through a crazy straw.) Soon, Stormy takes Shanks new mystical trinket, the Trident of Neptune, for a joyride. Can Shanks and the gang stop him from waking the dreaded Kraken?
