Captain Murphy, bored as ever, decides to start his own pirate radio station. It doesn't take long until the FCC is on to him, eventually starting an all-out war.
While Sealab floods, the crew gets into a heated debate about what it would be like if they put their brains in robot bodies.
When Murphy's HappyCake oven is stolen by Sparks, unknown to the Captain, Murphy holds the entire crew responsible and goes insane. Meanwhile, Marco and Hesh compete to be Sparks' new henchman.
Debbie DuPree wants to have a baby and interviews all the eligible males on Sealab. Meanwhile, Stormy wonders if its okay to call Debbie DuPree "White Debbie" and Debbie Love "Black Debbie."
A flesh-eating invisible monster has invaded Sealab and is killing everyone. After several failed attempts to stop the creature, the crew tries to lure it into a trap by having Dolphin Boy wear a life jacket made of meat.
After a huge explosion, Stormy and Quinn are sent 15 minutes back in time. They try to stop Sealab from exploding, but Captain Murphy imprisons them. Sealab explodes again and the two are sent back in time as the cycle continues.
When Sealab hosts a dying orphan for the Final Request Foundation (a young drifter aptly named Griff), Captain Murphy fears pestilence and Sparks has plans to harvest his organs for the black market. Little do they know Griff has chosen Sealab because their powerful offshore computers will allow him to access and steal the charity's online bank account.
While lounging in the pool, Dr. Quinn is repeatedly electrocuted by Stormy, who is throwing various devices into the water. What ensues is a series of bizarre hallucinations from Quinn, some containing obscure cultural references, but all of which are strangely hysterical.
Murphy is stuck under a soda machine. To make matters worse, everyone else is out at a concert in China and can't help him! To make matters worse still, who should happen upon poor, defenseless Murphy but an angry scorpion and a tooth-collecting maintenance robot?
Murphy, sick of looking at the cold, bare surroundings of Sealab, decides to hire a "Feng Shui" decorator to liven the place up, but quickly exhausts the lab's entire budget. Quinn isn't convinced and soon learns that Master Loo is actually an impostor.
As the result of a faulty door, Captain Murphy gets himself, along with the Sealab crew, locked in a tool closet. Due to a bullied childhood, the Captain feels the need to start sucker punching any and everyone he can. This only complicates the matter as the crew figures out how to escape.
Sparks gets the crew of Sealab addicted to a new herbal supplement he created. While it's mostly made of kelp, thanks to a secret ingredient it causes massive neurological damage to anyone who takes it. Before long, Sparks has a lab of junkies hooked on his invention.
In a special behind the scenes episode of Sealab, Harry Goz shows himself as a stubborn ox that really doesn't get along with Erik Estrada during the shooting process. Erik often becomes mad and retires to his trailer. Meanwhile, Kate Miller and Ellis Henican complain about their tacky doll counterparts.
A series of unexplained thefts leads Murphy to declare "Martian law". In the ensuing madness, everyone ends up blaming Quinn for all the thefts.
Murphy runs up a huge credit card bill and is in major debt. To pay off his debt, Murphy sends the crew to find sunken treasure.
A sexy Asian lady sells Murphy a cute little Gloop. Soon, the Gloop starts to multiply, leaving the crew to deal with another mess.
The Sealab crew encounters their alter egos from a "Bizarro" universe.
After trying to play a game of golf near the reactor core, Murphy goes looking for the pro shop and gets lost in the process. Meanwhile, Hesh is turned into "Monster Hesh."
A hostess interviews Marco, the animators, and the producers of "Tinfins" -- a new movie coming out staring the crew of Sealab. This episode is constantly interrupted by commercials for Grizzlebees, a restaurant that serves onion products. Kid N Play have cameos.
A nuclear submarine crashes outside the station, and the crew of Sealab (in a rare serious episode) must work quickly to stop an environmental disaster from happening.
Members of the crew complain of religious insensitivity when Murphy tries to arrange a feast in celebration of Alvistide. Can the spirit of Alvis show Murphy's the true meaning of Alvisitide?
An accident leaves Quinn comatose and Stormy allegedly smarter, leading everyone to believe they switched brains.

In a sequel to the 'Swimming in Oblivion' episode, a network representative tries to find something to throw out in order to save Sealab, which has been heading downhill. What he finds is a drunken director, the dolphin boys shot up with anti-growth enzymes, and a horrible discovery in Erik Estrada's trailer.
The Debbie and Quinn break up becomes the talk of Sealab. Meanwhile, Dr. Virjay gets his old rock band back together.
Murphy makes a commercial for tourists to come visit Sealab to pay for the money they didn't even owe before the commercial was made.

With a little help from Black Debbie (Debbie Love), Shanks strives to lead the Sealab football team to victory against the Smash Mouth Robot Prison Guards football team.
The crew steals the ASHDTV from Spacelab, not knowing that it will explode.
When Debbie Love is out sick, Quinn agrees to teach her fourth grade class. Shanks tags along for the fun.
In this episode written by Sealab fan mcheshpants420, Captain Shanks wants to pass on the Shanks name by having a child, but he's had no luck in meeting women. Instead he plans to get Hesh and Debbie Dupree to marry each other, have a kid, and then he'll adopt their kid as his own. But when the big day arrives, drug abuse, jealousy, gunplay, Matrix parodies, and other craziness ensues.
When Shanks has a brain tumor, he refuses treatment. Quinn, Debbie Dupree, and Stormy must travel inside Shanks to cure him. Meanwhile, Debbie Love agrees to go on a date with the dying Shanks.
When Stormy is fed up with paying taxes, he convinces Shanks to Captain Shanks to declare Sealab a sovereign nation. They call it "Sealabia" and acquire nuclear arms from England. Soon everyone gets the same idea and form separate countries, which leads to a (what else) nuclear war that threatens Sealab with utter annihilation.
The crew learns that Captain Shanks is a member of a world-manipulating secret society, the Brotherhood of Neptune. They all are initiated (the process includes long-winded oaths and drinking human blood through a crazy straw.) Soon, Stormy takes Shanks new mystical trinket, the Trident of Neptune, for a joyride. Can Shanks and the gang stop him from waking the dreaded Kraken?
Shanks takes the whole crew out of Sealab and onto an island to hunt for the legendary Chupacabra. However the island's Chupacabra, tree-cobras, and man-eating trees have other plans for the gang.
After Marco's death, a therapist named Joy helps the crew with their emotions, but Quinn suspects that something isn't right.
A "green fever" epidemic breaks out in Sealab just in time for Debbie Dupree's 5th 30th birthday bash. Meanwhile, as Quinn tries to save the victims, Stormy and Sparks try to sneak the uninvited Hesh into Debbie's party.
Debbie Love decides to help Sharko pass the Civil Servant test after Shanks refuses to hire him. She asks Quinn to help, but he refuses because of a racial comment Sharko made towards him. Meanwhile, Hesh and Stormy try to grow a magic beanstalk.
Marco, who died a few episodes ago, returns to Sealab.
The gang finds out that Sealab was built on an ancient Indian burial ground and is now sinking into the ocean floor. John Bear, Sealab's only resident Native American, is the last hope. But in order to save Sealab, Shank's must agree to turn the Mess Hall into a casino. But once the casino opens John Bear still won't stop the sinking (or let Debbie have a lounge show).
Marco convinces Debbie to give up her slutty ways through a pep talk, leading her to dump Quinn and find religion. Sparks recognizes the pep talk from a 60's show, which leads an angry, drunken Quinn to call the network on the fugitive TV star Marco.
An eccentric trillionaire named Max Stone (a parody of Richard Branson) buys Sealab and starts annoying the crew.
The police want Captain Shanks in a story that is revealed in reverse (a la Pulp Fiction). But it involves a monster, a plan to improve the world, and more Grizzlebee's commercials.
Quinn and Stormy are stuck in a cave with only 10 minutes of oxygen as Sealab burns.
A terminally ill whale named Abalon comes to Sealab and asks Doctor Quinn to kill him. While Quinn wonders whether or not he could end a life, Stormy recognizes Abalon as the star of a show called ‘I Gotta Have That Dick' and starts bugging him with fan fics.
All the water around Sealab has disappeared, and left Sealab high and dry. Once again its up to Quinn to save the day.
In a spoof of those tacky TV specials, Legacy of Laughter is a look back on five years of Sealab. The special features a tribute to the late Harry Goz.
