	Newman, played by Wayne Knight Postal Office worker Newman is Jerry Seinfeld's arch enemy. He is good friends with Kramer. Newman hates mail, as he says "it never stops, it keeps coming and coming" Frequently says the classic quote "Hello Jerry". We learn later that Newman has run away from an officer with unpaid parking tickets and is known as "the Scofflaw".
