In order to get their insurance companies to cover physical therapy, Jerry gets his friend Roy, a dentist, to write them fake doctor's notes. George becomes uncomfortable when he gets a male physical therapist and during one of the massages, George said "it" might have moved. Meanwhile, Kramer claims that he saw Joe DiMaggio in Dinky Doughnuts and Roy gets investigated for insurance fraud.
